YOGA: Mechanism of Life

Recently our world, our human society is facing a lot of uncertainty and crisis within themselves and outside too. Some studies are saying that during this moment of pandemic and also post Banda mix situation one of the biggest challenge is the psychological crisis that everyone will face. For this there is no other way to approach life then go through yogic system.
First of all what is yoga?
The world yoga has been derived from Sanskrit word "YUJ" which means to unite.
With 5000 years history yoga is more than just exercise consisting of physical postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. It is the bridge that connects the mind, the body, and sound two peace, harmony, love and enthusiasm. For yoga that takes us in the source of happiness, healthy life and the Beauty of our livingness.
Yoga also helps to uplift our spirit and in this gloomy days we know that it's very important to keep up our spirit alive. Over 172 countries endorsed it immediately because everybody saw yoga as tools for self transformation and self realisation.
Yoga not just a combination of few exercises, postures and breathing techniques but it is a whole technology, the technology of our life, the technology of our body. Yoga is totally a SCIENCE.
Yoga is dimension to you that WHAT IS YOU and WHAT IS NOT YOU and by yoga it becomes more clear in our awareness. Yoga helps to enhance our immune system, muscular system, nervous system and all the functions of our body. In this situation of pandemic we should have to be mentally stable, emotionally balanced, physically strong within yourself and this can be achieved through simple aspects of yoga. The fundamental of yogic process is just this that you are able to create little bit of distance between you and your psychological process, between you and your sociological process, and also between you and your mythological process these are the only dimension in which human being can suffer or can create joy or wellbeing.
This means you are little away from the source of suffering your ability to to handle your body and you are able to handle your mental structure will be greatly enhanced if you do this few simple practices in your daily routine.
On this great occasion of International Yoga Day it is my wish and blessing for everyone that you all will blessed with these tools of self transformation, transform yourself and become joyful, wonderful, and impactful human being in this world.
