Way to be Fit.
As everyone is familiar of the current scenario, the pandemic is spread all over the world and we are also well aware of the fact that our immunity is the most important thing that can save us from this terrible disease.But what I think is that our "lifestyle diseases" are more fatal to us than this "one in a lifetime" one.The rising rate at which diseases caused by poor choices we make right from what we eat to how we sleep is more frightening.This arises a rhetoric question-Do we make these poor choices intentionally?
1. Push-up(for triceps,pectoral muscles and shoulders).
Now with this thought,there are two sides of this scenario, First : our own laziness,which is the result of carelessness in eating and exercising. Second : misguided information, which is a major contributing factor in poor health and fitness.
There are innumerable fitness blogs present today and most of the blogs provide too lengthy kind of solution or some are hastily.
But if you have thoughts to conquer your laziness and to start a regulated life then these are some of my consultations to you:
- Always start small, don't plan for too long.
- One thing which I personally suggest is that instead of focusing on high calorie burning workouts someday and doing nothing for the rest of the day is of no benefit, be consistent.
- Our daily Indian diet is too underrated by us and all we think is that only the high protein drinks and powder can help us to get enough nutrition, but believe me that a well planned Indian diet is also efficient for you.
There are plenty more things to learn but if you are willing to. As of now we all are locked in our home so there are some easy exercises which will help you to stay fit:
1. Push-up(for triceps,pectoral muscles and shoulders).
2. Dips(for upper body)
3. Burpee(full body strength exercise)
4. Squats and lunges(for lower body)
5. Abdominal crunches(for your core)
6. Pull ups.
Along with running and skipping, these are some of the examples of workouts to perform just by own your bodyweight, you can get detail of every workout on google or youtube.
